In case you haven't noticed, we at Marie Claire are a little obsessed with Tom Holland and Zendaya's relationship. #and we're so grateful that the usually incredibly private Holland was open and candid about their relationship during the press tour for his new show, The Crowded Room, which is airing on Apple TV+. The latest swoon-worthy moment came when Holland opened up on his popular podcast, Smartless.

He revealed to fellow actors Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, and Sean Hayes that his and Zendaya's shared Hollywood experience is the secret to their relationship working: "I'm lucky to have someone like Zendaya in my life. It's interesting to be in a romantic relationship with someone in the same situation."

The two met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming after landing the role in March 2016; five years later, in July 2021, they were paparazzi caught kissing at a red light in Los Angeles. After much speculation, the typically intensely private couple confirmed their relationship in November 2021 and posed on the red carpet for the first time as a couple the following month.

"You can share your experiences and things like that," Holland told the "Smartless" threesome.

"And it's worth its weight in gold.

Holland recently told The Hollywood Reporter that after working together on several "Spider-Man" films, he is "looking forward to finding something to work with again."

Holland recently revealed that he is good at carpentry and was able to fix a broken door at Zendaya's house, which was an important part of their love story, and that his girlfriend had a lot to put up with regarding his character's hairstyle in "Room of the Crowd." And perhaps most movingly, he said he was "happy and in love."

While they are notoriously private about their relationship, Holland has been candid recently, and Zendaya was no different, sharing a photo of Holland on her Instagram story to celebrate his 27th birthday. They have been spotted everywhere from Beyonce's show in Warsaw, Poland (where the two sang "Love on Top") to an NBA game in San Francisco to kissing on a boat in Italy. They have also been spotted everywhere from Paris to Mumbai to New York to London.
