There is a simple explanation for why the British royal family publicly ignored Princess Lilibet's birthday

Princess Lilibet of Sussex turned 2 years old on June 4 (!!!), but , royal fans couldn't help but notice that she has not received any public blessing from the British royal family on social media.

"In recent years, and since the beginning of King Charles III's reign in September 2022, public messages from the Royal Family's social media accounts have been posted by the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Royal and other current members of the Royal Family," said Hello! 's online royal correspondent Danielle Stacey explains.

Last year, the late Queen, Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, and Prince William and his wife Kate offered their congratulations on Lilibet's birthday. Well, okay.

Social media is just social media, and let's admit that Lili's grandfather, Prince Charles, did not forget Lili in real life. In fact, he reportedly "had his entourage look for a custom-built cubby house" and warned Prince Harry "not to be too extravagant." So
