You might be surprised at where Prince Harry stayed during his stay in the UK last week

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were evicted from their British home, Frogmore Cottage, earlier this year. Harry appears to be moving up the timeline, and Frogmore was reportedly where he stayed last week when he was in his home country for a court case against Miller Group Newspapers.

According to People, Harry is currently back in California after testifying for two days in a phone hacking lawsuit against the company. The Duke of Sussex claims that Mirror Group Newspapers was involved in the illegal collection of information, including the hacking of his phone voicemail; Mirror Group Newspapers is the publisher of The Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, The Daily Express, among others. Harry returned home to his wife Meghan Markle and children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet on Thursday after appearing in court Tuesday and Wednesday.

In a witness statement released Tuesday, Harry said, "The tabloids routinely published stories about me that were often wrong but interspersed with bits of truth. I genuinely feel that every relationship I have ever had with friends, girlfriends, family, the military, etc., has always involved a third party: the tabloids. The tabloids, having grown up with me since I was a baby (born into this "contractual relationship" by choice) and having observed my every move minutely, know the difficulties and mental health struggles I have had throughout my childhood and into my adult life.

Frogmore is the former home of Harry and Meghan, and was a gift to them from His late Majesty the King upon their marriage in 2018. The Windsor home is not far from Adelaide Cottage, where Prince William lives with his wife Kate and their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Harry and Meghan moved from Frogmore and eventually settled in the United States after returning to the royal family's society in early 2020.

In March, a Sussex family spokesperson confirmed that Harry and Meghan had been "asked to vacate their residence at Frogmore Cottage."

After the couple released intimate photos inside the residence in the Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan, the public was given a Frogmore gave the public a glimpse inside the Frogmore. The family stayed at Frogmore in June 2022 when all four were in the UK for the late Queen's platinum jubilee, and Harry is believed to have stayed there last month when he was in the UK for his father King Charles' coronation.

Before stepping back, Harry and Meghan considered Frogmore their permanent home: "We always saw Archie running around the garden at Frogmore Cottage and jumping in the Queen's pond," Harry said. 'We were always watching Archie run around the garden at Frogmore Cottage and jump in the Queen's Pond. We knew we were going to get some relief from this very painful experience that we were stuck in, but at the same time it was really sad."
