Jennifer Aniston reveals a compliment she "can't resist."

No more compliments: In a new interview with British Vogue magazine, Jennifer Aniston opens up about the "compliments" she can't resist. She says the phrase, "You look great for your age," "drives me crazy. I can't stand it."

She continued, "It's a social habit, there are markers like, 'You're at that stage, for your age.' ...... I don't even understand what that means. 'I'm in better shape than I was in my twenties. My mind, body, and spirit are better. Everything is 100 percent better."

Instead, the actress said the compliment should be changed to "You look great - period."

Elsewhere in the interview, the publication asked Aniston about a topical wellness discussion about "longevity," to which Aniston responded, "My family lives longer, especially my father's.

The interview also discusses a partnership with Pvolve, a workout that Aniston said is "on to something." I think it's about taking the pressure off yourself and really knowing that whatever you did that day is good enough, and not being your own worst critic."

About working out, she says, "It's just right for my body. And I feel like I've done something really good for me."

Aniston said that her attitude toward fitness "has absolutely evolved over the years" and that she "had to retrain my brain. His workouts have also become more elegant. Says Aniston, "It used to be pounding, pounding, pounding." It used to be pound, pound, pound," Aniston said. 'I had to do 45 minutes to an hour of cardio. Not only was it stressful on my body, but I would burn out.
