Sarah Ferguson praises Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's move to the U.S. for "pioneering for their beliefs"

Sarah Ferguson has nothing bad to say about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

During a recent appearance on the Australian TV show Sunrise, host Matt Shervington asked the Duchess of York if she thought the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's move to the US was a difficult transition for them.

"I strongly believe that anyone who is pioneering for their beliefs, no matter where they are from or who they are, is pioneering for their beliefs ...... It's a very brave thing to do," the Duchess replied (via Express).

These comments remain rather vague, but it is clear that Fergie is content to defend the Sussexes.

"I am by no means the kind of person to comment on other members of the Royal Family or people who do such things. I think people who stand up for their beliefs, whoever they are, are very brave." [This is not the first time the Duchess has made positive remarks about the Sussexes in an interview.

Speaking to the PA News Agency in March, Sarah said, "I divorced, went to America, wrote a book, appeared on Oprah, and was the spokesperson for Weight Watchers for the longest 12 years. [I really can't thank the American people enough for what they have given me and what they have done for me."

"So I strongly believe in not judging at all about other people's lives and seeing how much she [Meghan] loves him [Harry], loves her children, and gives him more love than he ever had.

"That's how I see it."

Earlier that month, the Duchess told Good Morning America, "What I am thrilled about is seeing Harry so happy. He has a wonderful wife and beautiful children. He deserves to be loved like that."
