Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson list same address on son Tatum's name change application.

As Marie Claire recently reported, Khloe Kardashian's son Tatum's original last name was Kardashian, not Thompson - perhaps a glimpse into the relationship between Kardashian and Tatum's father, Tristan Thompson, at birth. (Kardashian learned that Thompson had a child with another woman shortly after Tatum became pregnant through a surrogate. At the time, Thompson said in a statement, "Khloe, you don't deserve this. You do not deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve what I have done to you over the years.")

Interestingly, however, Us Weekly reported that in Tatum's name change application, Kardashian and Thompson, who are also parents of daughter True, who turned 5 in April, used the same address.

The former couple "wrote the same address next to each of their names on the application, which was filed on June 8," the magazine wrote. In the petition, the pair requested that their son's last name be changed from Kardashian to Thompson."

Tatum was born via surrogate in July 2022, and a source told Us Weekly at the time that Kardashian was disappointed that Thompson "looked for a surrogate mother while she was cheating on him and all that." The source added, "She has no desire in her heart to bring Tristan back. She is really done being in love with him at this point."

Thompson's side "has not completely given up hope on their relationship," the source said.

"Chloe has no idea what it would take to get back together with Tristan, but she can't imagine it would really happen," one insider said.
