Prince William and Princess Kate are "very happy" at Adelaide Cottage and reportedly do not want to move to the Royal Lodge.

Prince William and Princess Kate are reportedly very pleased with their home and are not planning to move anytime soon, despite a lot of recent hearsay to that effect.

A source told Page Six that the Prince and his wife are "very happy" at Adelaide Cottage, where they have lived with their three children since last September after moving out of their Kensington Palace apartment in London.

This follows reports that the royal couple wants to move to the Royal Lodge, the current home of disgraced Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson. However, sources from Page Six have assured us that not only do William and Kate not even want to move there, but apparently this is a bit of an inconvenience for Prince Charles as well. [Charles does not intend to kick Andrew out, but Andrew will have to find the money to take care of the property himself.

A source previously told "OK!" that "The Crown Prince and Princess desperately wanted a larger property for their family in the Windsor area, and discussions were initially focused on getting them in there. However, Andrew disagreed and was adamant about using up the last of the Royal Lodge lease"

.

In other words, the Welsh couple's current residence may be quite small, with no live-in staff, but they seem to be living a nice life there! That's right.
