Celine Dion Releases New Lyric Video for "Love Again," Title Track of First Feature Film

Celine Dion has a new song! I repeat: Celine Dion has new music! Grammy Award-winning singer Celine Dion has released a lyric video for the title track of the film Love Again, which opens May 5. The film's soundtrack will be released a week later on May 12 and features five new songs by Dion.

The lyric video, which People describes as "a message of hope," features scenes from the film with surprise cameos by Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Sam Heughan, Dion himself, and Nick Jonas.

"You don't have to move a mountain, just keep moving/Every move is a new emotion/You don't have to find the answers, just keep trying," Dion Again," he sings in "Again." The sun will rise again/The storm will subside again/This is not the end/You will love again."

Sorry, I cried...

"I had so much fun being in this film," Dion said in a statement. And to be able to work with the beautiful and talented actors Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Sam Heughan in my first feature film is a gift I will cherish forever." I think it's a great feel-good story and I hope everyone likes it and the new songs."

The new song and Dion's first film appearance came after the superstar revealed in December that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, a rare and incurable neurological disorder that can cause debilitating muscle spasms. Celine has been overwhelmed and touched by the outpouring of love and support from her fans. It's a very difficult time and she has a lot of work ahead of her, but she is doing everything she can to get back on stage and meet her fans."

"Love Again" centers on Rob, a journalist who is assigned to write a profile of Dion. Rob then meets someone named Mira and enlists the singer's help to win her heart.

Chopra Jonas called the film "an ode to Celine," adding, "I feel very happy to hear her new music in this film." Heughan said Dion's performance was "very good" and that he was "amazed at how funny she was. [Her music] brings my character and Priyankaar's character together in a way. But who could do that better than Celine Dion?"
