Deepak Chopra says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are "struggling right now."

In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released a podcast holiday special.

Among these distinguished guests was renowned author and mindfulness expert Deepak Chopra.

Because of this brief collaboration, Chopra was asked about the current Sussex situation at a recent red carpet event in London.

"I enjoyed the podcast and the interaction (with them). (Working with us) is a regular thing and they are struggling now," Chopra told the Daily Mail.

The alternative medicine practitioner wished the Duke and Duchess of Sussex well in their future endeavors in Southern California.

"I hope they get through this with a light heart. I think there is too much drama around them."

As we all know by now, the Sussexes have divided public opinion sharply over the past several years since they left England and royal life. Most notably, the March 2021 Oprah interview and the January 2023 publication of their memoir, Spare.

Chopra also shared words of wisdom on how the Sussexes should deal with all the drama.

"My advice is to ignore it. If you ignore it, people won't have anything to say, and eventually they will stop."

According to the Daily Mail, Chopra was part of the "40x40 Compassion In Action" project launched by the Duchess of Sussex in honor of her 40th birthday (and also remembered for the video featuring Melissa McCarthy), in which 40 minutes of teaching She was one of the public figures who donated her time.
