Megan Fox Sparks Machine Gun Kelly Cheating Rumors Before Deleting Instagram
What to do, where to start?
OK, Megan Fox set the Internet abuzz on Super Bowl Sunday when she deleted all photos of Machine Gun Kelly from her Instagram, posted a mirror selfie with a cryptic caption, and then deleted Instagram altogether.
The first of these three steps led fans to speculate that she and her fiancé had broken up (since deleting a photo of an ex-lover is essentially step one in the healing process).
The second of these steps led followers to think that perhaps MGK had betrayed the actress. Here's why: she posted a sexy photo of herself in a black cutout bodysuit with the caption, "You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath." This is a lyric from Beyoncé's 2016 song "Pray You Catch Me," which is widely perceived as a song about rumors that Jay-Z cheated on her.
It is unclear why Fox deleted Instagram altogether, but it may have something to do with my personal theme for 2023: keeping my peace. I get it, Megs.
As shown in the @commentsbycelebs screenshot, before she deleted her account, someone commented on her post that "he probably got with Sophie." According to Page Six, this was MGK guitarist Sophie Lloyd's was referring to. Fox replied, "Probably got together with Sophie..." . ok?"
OOOH, and also' Before deleting, Fox had unfollowed all but three accounts: Harry Styles, Timothée Chalamet, and Eminem. Eminem was apparently a particularly important follow because Fox had appeared in his 'Love the Way You Lie' music video.
The current status of Foxx's relationship with Machine Gun Kelly can only be determined by speculation at this time, but the two began dating in 2020 and became engaged in January 2022; they attended the Grammy Awards together on February 5, 2023, and their relationship seemed fine at that point.
