The Royal Family as a whole has a rather testy relationship with Netflix's "The Crown," but apparently Prince Harry has actually seen it and has notes.

The Duke of Sussex appeared on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Tuesday, the same day his memoir Spare was released.

Colbert posed a variety of questions to the royalty, but there was a particularly lighthearted moment when he brought up "The Crown" (a show about Harry's family history, of course).

The Duke admitted to watching both old and recent episodes of the TV show. When asked if he was "fact-checking" while watching the show, Harry licked his fingers and mimicked turning the pages of a notebook.

He then laughed and admitted, "Yes, actually I am."

Pointing to Colbert's "Spare," the royal stressed: "By the way, there is another reason why history is so important to get it right."

In an interview with ITV's Tom Bradby, Prince Harry explained that he wanted people to know his version so they would not make assumptions based on incomplete information or rumors.

"But for me, sitting here now, speaking to you and answering the questions that you have posed to me, the words and the truth comes from my mouth more than it does with others, especially the tabloid media," he said (via The Daily Mail).

In "Spare," Harry also does not hide the truth about himself, but goes into detail about unexpected events in his life.
