Here is an important reason why Prince William likes his children's new school.

Prior to their move to Windsor, Prince William and Kate Middleton thoughtfully and carefully searched for the right school for their three children. Next month, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will have their first opportunity to attend school under the same roof. (George and Charlotte have attended Thomas Battersea School together since 2019, but their brother Louis has not.)

Earlier this week, Marie Claire reported that the Cambridges had officially chosen Lambrook School in the Berkshires, and the couple said in a statement that they were "delighted to find a school for three children who share similar principles and values (with Thomas Battersea) and We are delighted."

Rumluk is quite brilliant. According to PEOPLE magazine, the rural school offers everything from a scuba diving club to an indoor pool, filmmaking and animation classes, beekeeping, a nine-hole golf course, and polo. Coeducational, so all three children can attend, and situated on 52 acres outside Windsor, it is the polar opposite of cramped London. Known as one of the top prep schools in the UK, Lamoureux has about 560 students, and George, Charlotte, and Louis attend the school during the day and return home to Adelaide Cottage at night.

"HELLO!" reports one detail about Lamoureux that William (and we) seem to have been impressed with. According to the school's website, along with cricket, football (soccer for us Americans) is "a compulsory subject for girls, and for William, an avid supporter of girls' soccer, the fact that his daughter could participate in this sport seemed appealing," the magazine writes

William's daughter is a member of a soccer team.

William has long been a supporter of soccer for both men and women, and who could forget the adorable video of William and Charlotte cheering on the England women's soccer team before the 2022 Euro final (which the team eventually won 2-1). In the short clip, William says, "We both want to wish the Lionesses the best of luck tonight. You guys did great in the tournament." We'll be rooting for you guys all the way. Charlotte added as she snuggled up next to her dad. I hope you win. Bye."

William has previously revealed Charlotte's passion for soccer, telling Lioness, "Charlotte is really good at scoring goals.

We can already see William's vision on the sidelines at Charlotte's soccer games.
