Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (opens in new tab) are encouraging their fans and followers to do good during the coronavirus outbreak.

The royal couple took to Instagram on Friday to share resources and words of support for those struggling during quarantine and self-isolation. They also encouraged followers to consider digital training to become counselors and volunteer their time to help those in need.

The Sussexes' (open in new tab) full message is below:

There is a lot going on and it is hard to accept. Many of us may be confused. Loneliness, anxiety, fear ...... And in our loneliness, some of us may feel bored, or feel that we don't know what to do without our usual routine. It is perfectly normal to feel any of these things. Our emotional well-being is challenged every day, whether we realize it or not, but our lives are usually filled with distractions; now that COVID coverage is constantly changing, we are all adjusting to this new normal and the emotions that come with it. But here's the good thing (because we want to hear the good things now): sure, there is isolation and physical distance, but you don't have to be alone. There are resources to help us all through this process, and there are ways you can be one of those resources. cristextline @giveusashoutinsta @kidshelpphone and CTL Ireland need new volunteers more than ever! They are organizations that need new volunteers more than ever and are opening their doors for you to get the help you need.

- - If you're feeling bored at home, you can take the digital training to become a counselor and help someone who really needs your support! Great uses of this time. -

[14 - If you feel lonely, overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious, email one of these lines to discuss. -Don't be afraid to ask for help! - If you find yourself being abused and isolated from your abuser, these counselors are there for you. You don't have to suffer in silence.

Also, if you feel uncomfortable texting with strangers, reach out to friends, family members, or co-workers. Phone calls and video conferencing are great ways to feel more connected. Ask, "Are you okay?" or tell them how you (actually) feel, and use this time to really listen to their answers. If you know someone who is concerned, your email could save their life.
