CNN reports that Prince Charles has tested positive for coronavirus, a statement released Wednesday by a royal spokesman confirmed (opens in new tab). The Prince "is showing mild symptoms, but is otherwise in good health and has been working at home as normal for the past few days," the spokesperson said. [Camilla Parker Bowles, Duchess of Cornwall, tested negative for coronavirus. Harper's Bazaar reported last week (opens in new tab) that the couple has now left London to avoid the virus and are quarantined at their Balmoral residence in Scotland.

A spokesperson for Clarence House also said that they "cannot confirm" from whom Prince Charles contracted the virus, as he has been doing "a lot of work" over the past few weeks.

The Crown Prince has tested positive for the coronavirus. He is showing mild symptoms, but is otherwise in good health and has been working at home as usual for the past few days. [The Duchess of Cornwall has also been tested and is not infected with the virus. Following the advice of the government and doctors, the Prince and Duchess are currently in isolation at their home in Scotland. The tests were carried out by the NHS in Aberdeenshire and met the required criteria for testing.

Due to his many public engagements in recent weeks, it is not possible to confirm from whom the Prince contracted the virus.
