Not even fans are safe from Chrissy Teigen's very own expert-level trolling (opens in new tab). This week, the model (and host, best-selling cookbook author, and mother of two) jokingly ruined a fan's life with just one Instagram comment.

Here's the backstory: the story of this top-notch troll begins with a harmless Instagram post by PopSugar (opens in new tab). The post in question features a photo of Chrissy and her husband, John Legend (opens in new tab), and reads, "Can't believe I'm typing this, but John Legend covered Selena Gomez at a stuffed animal wedding! To see him sing at the "ceremony" RN in his bio? ????"

A fan identifying herself as Sierra Margaret initially misinterpreted the post and jumped into the comments section to share her brief (and thankfully unnecessary) panic." I THOUGHT THEY WERE BREAKING UP," she wrote. 'My heart jumped out of my chest. I can't handle the anxiety right now."

Chrissy, never one to miss a beat (or a chance for some playful, all good fun trolling), replied privately to Sierra's panicked, all-caps comment, joking, "@sierramargaret Oh, we even house Def parting ways after being able to leave."

Thankfully, the post was about an adorable stuffed animal wedding (open in new tab) that the power couple held for their daughter Luna's stuffed animals. But if Chrissy and John (open in new tab) broke up, we would have the exact same reaction as Sierra. But we would actually weep and drink all the wine.
