Gabrielle Union posts on Instagram about raising her daughter Carvia.

The best celebrity baby has done it again! Gabrielle Union published an adorable, very smiling photo of Kirbya James Union Wade on Instagram on Sunday, captioning the post with a sweet message about raising her daughter. Union wrote, "This smile is self-inflicted." @kaaviajames keeps us on our toes. She has grown so much in the past two months.

Union is May 5 (that's tomorrow!) to publish her children's book, Welcome to the Party (opens in new tab), which, according to HarperCollins (opens in new tab), was "inspired by the birth of my long-awaited daughter." On Instagram, Union said the book "acknowledges all the routes to motherhood and creating and expanding a family," as well as reminding everyone that "no matter what kind of family you are, we welcome you, love you, and celebrate you." And the trailer is so cute, it's a great reminder of how much we love you, and how much we love you, and how much we love you! Look:

In January 2019, a few months after Kaavia's birth, Union spoke to TODAY Parents about her experience with infertility (opens in new tab) and her concerns about ultimately choosing surrogacy." I'm so glad I got over myself and my fear of what people would think of me if I didn't carry my own child," she said. 'It's okay to bring a child into the world in a way that isn't your own body. The world will not see you as a failure. Every route to parenthood is perfect, worthy, and wonderful."

Of Kaavia, Union said, "She brings us all the joy we can imagine, but there is one more layer. She makes our dreams come true." She continues, "She embodies never giving up. I never thought this little girl could represent so much"
