John Krasinski Reunites 'The Office' Cast for Zoom Wedding

At this strange time in our lives, any good news is great news, and John Krasinski's home-isolated program "Some Good News" (opens in new tab) is the rainbow in this terrible storm. Last month he hosted a virtual prom in honor of a canceled high school senior, but last night Krasinski outdid even that. And I'm not just talking about the fact that Emily Blunt (open in new tab) opened the show.

Krasinski opened this segment with Office fans Susan and John as guests. The real-life couple had just gotten engaged the same way Jim proposed to Pam: outside a gas station. "He got down on one knee and was like, 'I can't wait any longer,' just like Jim," Susan told Krasinski.

Then, with 2020 being, well, a different year than any other on the planet, Krasinski told the couple that he had decided to go online for ordination and officiate the wedding on the spot with a Zoom call (opens in new tab).

Then, family members ducked in and watched the couple say "I do" - Jenna Fischer, who played Pam on the show (opens in new tab), also served as Susan's bridesmaid. Country star Zac Brown also performed "The Man Who Loves You The Most (opens in new tab)" during the bride's virtual walk down the aisle.

Krasinski then gave the couple another quick look. He said, "Since you took such an elegant crack at our show for the proposal, I think it's only right that you take a crack at the wedding, too," and had the entire cast of The Office perform Jim and Pam's wedding dance.

So: Steve Carell, Mindy Kaling (open in new tab), Rainn Wilson, Angela Kinsey, Ed Helms, Jenna Fisher, Kate Flannery, Brian Baumgartner, Phyllis Smith, Oscar Nunez, Creed Bratton made an appearance. This turned out to be my favorite crossover episode.
