Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, and More to Participate in COVID-19 Benefit Concert

While a music festival may be out of the question this summer, a virtual concert is turning up the volume on important issues, such as the struggles and food insecurity faced by many in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This Wednesday, May 20, CMT will host a concert to benefit Feed The Front Line, which supports local restaurants (keeping them and their staff in business) and frontline workers affected by the COVID-19 crisis and It is a nonprofit organization with a dual mission of donating meals to vulnerable members of society. [At-home performances by more than 40 of country music's finest artists, including Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Kelsea Ballerini, Billy Ray Cyrus, Chase Reiss, Sheryl Crow, Avril Lavigne and more. Performances will be featured. (If she's taking requests, we'd love to have her perform Complicated acoustically.)

The event will be streamed on CMT's Facebook and YouTube channels and will be divided into three sessions: "Breakfast" (10 am ET), "Lunch" (2 pm ET), and "Dinner" (8 pm ET).

Feed The Front Line, a non-profit organization launched in response to the pandemic, has already raised over $750,000 and delivered nearly 50,000 meals. During the performance, audience members will be asked to make a donation to the organization. A donation of only $12 will buy one meal and a tip. Your donation has twice the impact: for every meal purchased at a Feed the Front Line restaurant, you are supporting the mission of helping small businesses stay open and delivering free meals to those who need them most. Throughout the program, viewers will hear from restaurants and essential workers who are supported and fed by Feed the Front Line.

Open a cold one (a white claw will do just fine), turn up the volume, and have even more reasons to tune in.
