Tracee Ellis Ross' neon eye look is the perfect summer makeup tip.

I must confess that I am an undisputed Tracee Ellis Ross (open in new tab) fan, and therefore everything she does is an inspiration to me. But her neon pink and orange eye makeup on Instagram, paired with soft highlights and a satin cranberry lip, is beautifully flawless, even if the only audience is my roommate and the neighbor's cat who keeps marching into the kitchen for leftovers, all summer long. I think it is an objective truth that this is the only look that attempts to be perfect. Behold:

Elise Ross created this look herself, with guidance via FaceTime from makeup artist Romy Soleimani. Unfortunately, neither has shared the exact products used yet. The eye color is probably both cream products or powder shadows packed with a shading brush soaked in setting spray. I will be spending the next few hours shopping to recreate this look, so I think it's only fair to share what I got with you all.
