Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Talk to 'All Levels' of People About George Floyd Protest

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are speaking with leaders (opens in new tab) and individuals "at all levels" to find ways to educate and support themselves amid the George Floyd protests.

A source told "Harper's Bazaar" (opens in new tab) about the couple's ongoing conversations and how they are personally dealing with current events. And as a couple, that is, of course, very important. They feel it as much as we do," the source said.

"Harry and Meghan are having private conversations with community leaders and people at all levels," the source added." Talking to as many people and organizations as possible has been a way for them to feel connected to everything that is happening and to learn more about the issues surrounding it."

Meanwhile, Princess Meghan still stands with the "Black Lives" movement. Last week, the Duchess spoke at the graduation ceremony of Immaculate Heart (open in new tab), the high school she attended in L.A., about the ongoing protests. 'I wanted to say the right thing, but I was really nervous that I wouldn't be able to say it or that I would be torn apart,' she said. 'George Floyd's life matters, Breanna Taylor's life matters, Philando Castile's life matters, Tamir Rice's life matters. [The Duchess further recalled the experience of the 1992 L.A. riots and encouraged students to seize the opportunity to make real change. She said, "I am proud to be a part of Immaculate Heart because I know that its teachings are diverse, vibrant, and open-minded, and I know that Black lives matter.
