Prepare the sauce
Put a few tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and a couple of cloves of garlic with the skin on. Add the halved cherry tomatoes. When the tomatoes are cooked, add the basil (fresh or dried), salt, and a few drops each of harissa and tomato paste. Continue stirring until the tomatoes are blanched.
Cook the pasta
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil, add the chickpea spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the box.
