The conclusion of "Too Hot to Handle" Season 2 explained.

"Too Hot to Handle" Season 2 spoilers.Too Hot to Handle (opens in new tab) By episode 10 of season 2, (opens in new tab) much has been resolved: Cam Holmes (opens in new tab) and Emily Miller are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, and so had Marvin Anthony and Melinda Melrose. Carly Lawrence (open in new tab) has resolved her issues with Chase DeMoore (open in new tab) and made progress with Joey Joy. Everyone's hearts have grown three sizes and they are all tan. But only one player can win the $55,000 and walk away a winner. So what happens at the end of Too Hot to Handle, and how must we take it all?

Well, in the sense that we all grow as human beings and in our relationships. In episode 10, Lana picks the players who have grown the most as human beings during their stay at the retreat. This seems a little unfair to contestants like Emily and Melinda, who were with her when she made her dashing appearance, but I digress:

From here, the remaining players will vote on who they think deserves the $55,000 prize money. While Marvin, Carly, and Cam huddle in their little beanbags, their friends and partners vote on who they think should win:

So, Cam gets three votes and Marvin gets four, making Marvin the winner of "Too Hot to Handle" and $55,000 He gets $55,000. Ultimately, the group determined that, overall, Marvin experienced the most personal growth, appearing as a French fling and walking away with a committed relationship with Melinda.

"I come in as a boy and I leave as a man," Marvin says.

Now, more slow-motion shots on the beach. Marvin is wearing a full suit, while some of the boys are in jeans. Then Lana announces that Marvin is the winner, and she tips the champagne. She also announces that this group has broken the rules at least 15 times.

"I have seen you all commit to the process, admit your mistakes, and show great change," Lana says. She declares Marvin the winner. 'I can't believe it,' she says. Melinda congratulates her, "My baby, Marvin is the winner."

"I am literally so proud of Marvin, Carly, and myself. I had the time of my life at the end of this crazy, emotional journey," says Cam. Emily cheers him on: "Marvin is a true winner." Marvin pours champagne on the group and says to Melinda: "I'm so proud of you. It's a lovely sight indeed.

From there, the rules no longer apply. Everyone starts making out, there's lots of slow-motion dancing, and when Cam says "I love you" to Emily, she squeals with delight. The last episode also reveals that they are talking about moving in together. I want to say something twisted, but I love them both and I'm so happy for them.

"It's a perfect happy ending," Melinda says. Melinda says.

The second season was filmed in November and December in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the cast has been mostly tight-lipped for the past six months. However, the couples who left the show hand in hand have not revealed whether they are still together, perhaps because Netflix does not want viewers to be spoiled. But at least if Instagram emojis are any indication, the performers seem to be getting along, and many of them have reunited to promote the show.

But there are some clues as to what has happened to our favorite couple over the past six months. Regarding Melinda, Marvin said, "It's complicated" (open in new tab), but hinted that they are trying to work things out, and Melinda posted on her Instagram Story that she and Marvin spent an hour on the phone. Cam and Emily (open in new tab) seem to be more stable, both confirming that they are in a committed relationship (though they did not reveal whether that relationship is with each other, which is a pretty safe bet) and are also working on brand content together as a couple.
