Based on WEBTOON's popular digital comic "Now at Our School" by Joo Dong-geun, the students of Hyosan High School must figure out how to survive when their neighborhood is shut down.
As for the cast, the series brings together some of Korea's most talented young actors and well-known stars to play the adults. For those who have already drawn comparisons to "Squid Game," the drama even features one of its breakout stars. Here is everything we know about the cast of "Death Penalty for All".
As a student, Jung-sang spends most of his time with his neighbor On-jo and his male friends at school (Soo-hyuk, Kyung-su, etc.). He also has a fondness for Onjo.
Yoon Chanyeon debuted in 2013 and won the MBC Drama Award for Best Child Actor for the drama Mama a year later. Since then, the young star has also appeared in Dr. Romantic, Still 17, Dr. John, and Nobody Knows.

[Rising star Lee Eun-seum debuted as a child actor in the 2007 drama "Scenes from My Heart." Since then, he has appeared in acclaimed dramas such as "The Miracle We Met" and last year's "Red Sleeve."
Eun-ji is a victim of bullying at school and hates the students at Hyosan High School who stand by and watch the bullying. She is attacked by zombies on the roof of her school.
"Death Penalty for All" was Oh Hye-soo's first starring role, and the 26-year-old actress made an impressive debut. She has yet to announce her next role.
Science teacher Lee is the first person to come in contact with the zombies, his own son. We later learn that the zombie virus was created from an experiment conducted by the teacher to help his son confront a bully.
Kim Byung-Cheol is a versatile actor, familiar from his role as the antagonist, the royal advisor goblin and his ultra-strict father, in "SKY Castle," for which he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Baeksang Arts Awards.
