This season's "Sunset" took Emma Hernan out of the one-sidedness of Christine Quinn's mortal enemy and followed her blossoming romance with handsome real estate developer Micah MacDonald. Micah, who describes himself on Instagram as an "entrepreneur, president and CEO, and hybrid athlete," was introduced to Emma via the multi-million dollar mansion he had built and was to sample her empanadas at his mezcal bar (which was more flirtatious than we imagined). Then more flirting, more multi-million dollar mansions, a little drama with Christine (what cast member doesn't have drama with Christine in "Selling the Sunset"?

Season 5 of Selling Sunset was filmed in late 2021, specifically in November and December. So are they dating now?

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Hernan admitted that she and McDonald are not officially dating, but also hinted at a proposal in Season 6: "We're more intimate. But we're just about there. So we'll see. Maybe in Season 6 we'll wear labels and rings. Who knows

According to ET, Hernan and McDonald do not live close together; McDonald is primarily based in Texas and Hernan splits his time between LA and Boston. Another interesting story: Hernan meets McDonald after lamenting his inability to find someone nice on an app like Raya. In response, Affleck's team noted: "Raya confirmed that [Affleck] has not been an active member for several years.
