Kate Middleton's secret to looking good in photos is this.
Miranda Holder, royal style expert speaking on TikTok: "Have you ever wondered why Kate Middleton looks so stunning when she's in pictures?"
Author sipping coffee without makeup: "Pretty much every day."
Holder: "Because she always does."
It's true: Kate rarely takes terrible pictures. But according to Holder, there's a trick behind it, and the London-based expert shows us how we can take better pictures, too.
"The Duchess of Cambridge has had some media training and is going to share a cheeky little style hack she uses," she says. 'She's trained to keep her chin parallel to the ground at all times. She never tilts her chin down or up.

After her clip went viral, Holder returned to answer criticism that Kate always shoots well because she is "stunning to begin with," according to The Sun. But Holder stood firm.
"And a lot of people came back saying, 'No, it's because she's good-looking, she's wealthy, she has a stylist. That's not true." [Holder says that even the most traditionally beautiful among us can be photoshopped. [After years of working with supermodels, celebrities, and models, I can tell you that even the most gorgeous person in the world can be badly photographed. 'In other words, it's all about your relationship to the camera and your chin position. If your chin is too low, it's not good. If it's too high, it's not good. We don't want to show the nostrils."
Time for a road test.
