Reese Witherspoon won't back down from her decision to eat snow.
The wide internet world is abuzz that Reese Witherspoon has created a dish called "chocotinho," a dish made with a potentially controversial ingredient: snow.
It all started innocently enough when Witherspoon "decided to make a recipe" on TikTok (famous last words). She named this unique frozen drink "Snow Salt Chococino."
"Well, we've had tons of snow the last few days," Witherspoon said. We decided to make a recipe, and according to People, the video showed someone scooping large chunks of snow from what looked like a car and dropping them into a coffee mug." Witherspoon then added salted caramel syrup and chocolate syrup to the mug. Witherspoon finished the cold brew concoction for a "delicious coffee taste" before enjoying the cold treat. After sipping a spoonful, she exclaimed, "This is so good!"
She captioned her TikTok, "Snow days were made for Chococinnos." (And the Witherspoon joke was made for this moment. Get it? Witherspoon jokes were made for this moment.")
Fans worried that the Oscar winner was eating snow. 'No, no, snow is not made for eating. He added, "The snow that falls gets very dirty from the air and wind, but don't worry about it. You only live once. I remember eating snow as a child." [But Witherspoon, a brave warrior, did not back down from his decision to eat snow. Perhaps adopting the mantra of the aforementioned fan, Witherspoon returned to the camera again for a follow-up video, saying, "I don't know. I don't know! And let me just say one more thing. It was very good."
Her defense of this decision continued in another clip: "About the snow not being filtered, I didn't grow up drinking filtered water. I drank tap water. I actually put my mouth on the tap and drank it, and sometimes, in the hot summer, I would drink it from the hose.
She went on to say: "I was a very good drinker. So what you're saying is you have to filter the snow before you eat it. Filtered snow. I don't know what to do."
"Pull yourself together, Reese. We're here for you. There is no filtered snow here.
