Alicia Silverstone on whether she will reprise two of her most famous roles from the 1990s

Alicia Silverstone has played some of cinema's most iconic roles in the 1990s, most notably Cher Horowitz in the 1995 classic Clueless, and perhaps none more so than Batgirl in 1997's Batman & Robin (though her critically panned performance was praised, and Variety described her as "a bright light in this much maligned film"), but perhaps not as much as she did in 1997's "Batman & Robin. So will she ever wear the suit again in this role?

"If you will, I will!" Silverstone told Variety. I'd do it," Silverstone told Variety magazine.

Silverstone, who is attending the Sundance Film Festival with his new independent film "Krazy House," has also been asked to produce a sequel to "Clueless," which made Silverstone a star. (5]

"I think people have been talking about [a sequel] anytime since that movie came out," Silverstone said, "and it's always a fun conversation, 'Has it been 30 years? It's so nice to see that film still being loved. It's very nice. To answer her question, Clueless turns 30 next year.

Silverstone's current career is "defined by wild gambling," Variety reported, and she said she embraces being able to "do fun things and go places that feel exciting and weird."

She added, "A long time ago, I made a change. Someone said to me, 'Just do what you love to do for two or three years. ' That was very strange to me. I just enjoyed playing. I did a lot of stage work, and I was allowed to do things that they wouldn't let me do in film. It was that theatrical thing that led to them letting me do it in film."

Now, back to "Clueless": Silverstone played Cher in Rakuten's Super Bowl commercial last year, and Silverstone was delighted to be cast again. I thought it was a very smart idea when Rakuten asked me to be in it," she said. I just thought it was a very smart idea," she said. I just had to get over that voice in my head that said, 'I'm going to ruin everything, I'm going to do terrible things,' and just go for it. And it was a lot of fun. I really didn't want it to end."[12
