It's too early to tell, but Julianne Hough may win this year's Glamour Award. Since cutting her hair into a chic bob earlier this month, she's been rocking one look after another.

The secret, of course, is her amazing team: the 35-year-old has consistently worked with beauty professionals like hairstylist Liauna Capri and makeup artist Afton Williams. Luckily, they know how to get the job done, but are not afraid to share their secrets. Capri recently revealed the story behind the creation of this bob to Marie Claire magazine, and Williams revealed all of Huff's makeup routines. Are you ready?

To kick off the Emmys celebrations earlier this week, Williams worked with the Footloose star to create a "eve" look featuring a pretty red lip and super long lashes.

A few days later, the makeup artist debuted the look on her Instagram story amidst a steady stream of praise for Hough's glamour. The "first step" was to prepare the Dancing with the Stars host's skin with NuFACE's Trinity+ toning device. Next, she perfected her complexion with Armani Beauty's Luminous Silk Foundation, Westman Atelier's Face Trace Contour Stick in "Biscuit," and Westman Atelier's Liquid Super Loaded Illuminator Drops in "Pau de Rose."

Williams then moved on to the brows, using Bay Brow Hold Up! Flexible Brow Wax, then tackled Huff's lashes with Sweed Beauty's No Lash Lash Falsies and L'Oréal Paris' Voluminous Balm Mascara in Brown. Perhaps most importantly, the lips with Armani Beauty's Lip Maestro Liquid Matte Lipstick in shade 400, "The Red."
