Pamela Anderson appears without makeup in Proenza Schouler's Spring 2024 campaign.

When I think of beautiful women of the 90s, Pamela Anderson comes to mind. Like all icons, she was always the definer of taste, and I still remember her oversized pink fur hat and sparkly capris at the 1999 VMAs. Since her recent return to the public eye with the release of her memoir Love, Pamela and a Netflix documentary, she has once again become a style muse. And now she is the centerpiece of Proenza Schouler's Spring 2024 campaign (without makeup, of course) and another high-fashion collaboration to join Anderson's impressive lineup. [Proenza's Spring/Summer 2024 collection, which premiered at last fall's New York Fashion Week, suggested a tune-up that unveiled a new monogram and reaffirmed the brand's playful commitment to minimalism and the mastery of feminine silhouettes. These days, the Baywatch star can be seen in the front row at Fashion Week, dressed in The Row's sophisticated tailoring and always without makeup.

Similarly, the star wore no foundation for the campaign. As reported earlier, her reaction to her no-makeup look when she debuted at the Paris Collection was candid (and refreshingly relatable): "If you wear no makeup at home, why no makeup at the Paris Collection? Since then, her bare-faced look has become another staple of the charming Pam Anderson.

The top photo of the campaign features Anderson sitting confidently with her hair brushed back in one of Proenza's best looks of the season, a netted cream Tauava dress over a black blazer. The brand intends its newest line to "highlight the essential qualities that define the Proenza Schouler" and to define the brand's women as "mature, urban, and intelligent" without ever sacrificing the qualities of youth: experimentation and play.

Apart from her latest campaign for 2022, Anderson is also the star of Jacquemus' Joile Noel holiday campaign (you may remember her big straw hat) and has collaborated with brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Alitiza. At this year's British Fashion Council awards, she wore a chic and perky Victoria Beckham suit to present the Leader of Change Award (the honorable mention went to Mikaela Coel). There is no doubt that Anderson is a true fashion girly. Her own capsule collection? Consider the "new campaign" Seating Us.
