Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny were one of many couples who parted ways in 2023, which many are calling the "breakup year."

Many considered this whirlwind romance as surprising as that of Timothée Chalamet and Jenner's sister, Kylie Jenner.

Jenner and Bad Bunny were first spotted in February, following a double date with pals Haley and Justin Bieber. A month later, the model and recording artist were spotted kissing after having sushi with sister Kylie.

From there, things seemed to move quickly, as the couple posed together for a Gucci campaign and hosted a Saturday Night Live after-party with Bad Bunny.

Unfortunately, it was not a lasting romance (at least for now); by late October, fans noticed that the two had not been spotted together for some time; by November, the couple was joined by Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez, and Taylor Swift and Matty Healy, went their separate ways.

But maybe we were too quick to write them off, because there may be a reunion in 2024, and it may have been orchestrated by Haley Bieber herself.

Despite the breakup, Bad Bunny and Jenner celebrated New Year's Eve with mutual friends. These friends included Mr. and Mrs. Bieber, who were in the early days of this relationship. This group was vacationing together near Barbados.

Sparks were certainly flying, namely (if nothing else) in the fireworks the group saw at midnight. In a clip posted by one of Jenner's friends, Bad Bunny can be heard enthusiastically congratulating everyone with "Feliz Año Nuevo!"

While this trip may simply be the result of mutual friends, we haven't yet ruled out a midnight kiss...
