Sandra Bullock scatters ashes of her late partner, Brian Randall, on his birthday.
Sandra Bullock honored her late partner, Bryan Randall, in the most beautiful way.
The actress's sister, Jessine Brock-Prado, wrote on Instagram this week, "Happy birthday, Bry. As promised, Sandy brought you down to the river."
She added, "I'm so happy for you.
The river in question was snowy, frosty, and foggy, but the day Brock and her family went it was beautifully clear.
Although Bullock-Prado did not say so in so many words, many in the media concluded that the Miss Congeniality star had gone to the river to scatter Randall's ashes.
Octavia Spencer commented on the post with a series of praying hands, while another said, "What a beautiful way to honor the man she loved. To honor his last wishes! You are in my heart and prayers. It is hard and sad to lose someone so special, but I hope you can find peace and celebrate his life. God bless you.
Randall tragically passed away last August at the age of 57 after a private battle with ALS.
At the time, his family released a statement saying, "It is with great sadness that we share with you that on August 5, Brian Randall passed away peacefully after a three-year battle with ALS."
"Brian chose early on to keep his battle with ALS private, and those of us who cared for him did our best to accommodate his wishes.
"We are so grateful to the tireless doctors who worked with us to navigate this disease situation and to the wonderful nurses who became our roommates and often sacrificed their own families for us.
"At this time, we grieve and ask for privacy to accept the impossibility of saying goodbye to Brian."
Brock, a photographer, and Randall had been dating since 2015.
