Cameron Diaz Breaks Silence by Naming Jeffrey Epstein Documents
Cameron Diaz has opened her mouth after it was revealed that she is one of 187 names included in the Jeffrey Epstein documents that have been released.
The list, which the court released on January 3, included all of the names that surfaced in the disgraced late billionaire's various court proceedings.
Diaz was by no means the only notable name on that list: other bolded names listed included Naomi Campbell, Michael Jackson, David Copperfield, and former US Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton
Diaz.
A Diaz spokesperson spoke to Page Six to clarify the issue. They said, "Cameron has never met Jeffrey Epstein and has never been in the same place as him or had any involvement with him whatsoever, regardless of the fact that he has mentioned her name or implied that he knew her."
The court documents indicate that this may be true, as one can see exactly how the actress's name appeared in the testimony.
Johanna Schoberg, one of Epstein's alleged victims, claimed in her deposition that the financier bragged about knowing big stars like Diaz, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Bruce Willis.
When asked if this was just "name bragging," Schoberg stated that it was. She was then asked if she had ever met Diaz, to which she replied flatly, "No."
It appears that Diaz had no relationship with Epstein and had probably never visited his infamous island. This is not the case for many of the other names on the list, such as the disgraced Prince Andreu, who was accused by Epstein of sexually assaulting a group of young women (among them Shoberg) who allegedly committed sex crimes.
