Hannah Wadham, did her glowing skin tone at the Golden Globes come from "hydrating micro-diamonds?"
While I am sad beyond words to never see Rebecca Welton in a new episode of "Ted Rathbone" again (FYI, I cried during the final episode of the series), I took some comfort in knowing that at the 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards, the actress showed off the beauty that even her soccer entrepreneur alter ego would recognize. I was a little comforted to learn that she did. From the pretty pink lips to the extremely voluminous hair, not to mention the stunning black lace dress, Wadham's entire ensemble was certainly worthy of the owner of AFC Richmond.
With that in mind, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if the inspiration for the actress' gorgeous makeup was diamonds. Makeup artist Steven Solit, who did the makeup for Iconic London, exclusively told Marie Claire, "." What could be more glamorous than diamonds?" And here, these reflections show up on her skin and in her eyes for a dazzling red carpet look."
To set up her glow, Solit spritzed a healthy dab of Iconic London's Prep Set Glow Illuminating Spray on Wadham's skin. 'Honestly, it's like moisturizing micro-diamonds all over my skin. Then comes Image Skincare to ensure adequate hydration before the glowing, gorgeous makeup. 'I apply ICONIC London's Underglow Blurring Primer. I'm a big fan of primer because it keeps my makeup looking its best for a long time."
For foundation, I pick up ICONIC London's Super Smoother Blurring Skin Tint, apply a dab of ICONIC London's Radiant Concealer & Brightening Duo to the outer corners of my eyes, and apply ICONIC London's Multi-Use Sculpting Palette for contouring. Then contour with the Iconic London Multi-Use Sculpting Palette. To seal the deal on the glittery deal, the Iconic London Rollaway Glow Liquid Highlighter comes into play.
"Hannah is very special, and she will shine like a star on the carpet with diamonds all over her skin," adds Sollitt. And honestly, there are no better words to describe her.
