Another Green Dress" I know what Taylor Swift is trying to say.

Another Green Dress" I know what Taylor Swift is trying to say.

Last Sunday, after Taylor Swift wore a green dress to the Golden Globes, I was ready to argue that this was clearly an Easter egg for the release of Reputation (Taylor Version).

Two days later, Swift left the recording studio wearing a ribbed forest green sweater dress peeking out from a tan double-breasted Stella McCartney coat and knee-high Gucci leather boots. Another green dress.

Last night, the "Mastermind" singer was spotted in a green velvet dress as she went out to dinner with her best friend Blake Lively. Oh, and did I mention she was wearing a pair of Jimmy Choo snake design boots?

Please tell me you see what I see and don't call my therapist.

After the green dress at the Golden Globes, it was time, and after two dresses and snake boots, it most certainly is time.

"Reputation" (Taylor's version) is here.

Swift released "1989 (Taylor's Version)" on October 27, 2023. Since then, fans have debated what comes next. Will she re-record "Reputation" and leave Taylor Swift for last with a "Circle of Life" vibe? Or will she release her debut album (sorry, no one wants to wait that long), close with the "Reputation" era, and move on to bigger and better things?

I pondered both options and decided that since she is so enamored with symbolism, she would do Reputation (Taylor's version) and finally Taylor Swift (Taylor's version).

Her outfit this week proves me right.

Some fans thought the green might be a nod to Taylor Swift's earthy tone, just as the purple was a hint of Speak Now.

Taylor Swift's original album cover features the child-faced singer in front of a green and blue background filled with butterflies. If we were to receive Taylor Swift (Taylor's version), we would definitely see butterflies on her look.

The jacket of "Reputation" is black and white, but there is a strong image of green and gold, which can be seen in her recent look.

You heard it first: "Reputation" (Taylor's version) will be released within the next month, and both albums will no doubt be completed before 2024 ends.

Swift has not said this in so many words, but neither has she denied it.

In the meantime, this very excited Swift plans to see her live twice this year and overanalyze every single outfit.

"There's no further explanation. I just have a reputation."
