Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved from England to sunny Southern California, rumors have abounded that the Duke of Sussex is homesick.

Now one entertainment commentator believes that Harry wants to spend more time in the UK and that Meghan finds it difficult. [Mark Boardman is OK!

"He has distanced himself from his friends from college (meaning his last two years of high school) and does not have permanent residency in the UK. When he visits London, he usually stays in hotels and is not seen in public. No doubt, Prince Harry misses his old friendships."

"Megan loves Harry, but she wants to bring out the best in him. Meghan loves Harry but wants to bring out the best in him.

"People are eager to witness a transformed Harry, rather than return to his previous partying lifestyle that could lead to unwelcome media attention."

Of course, Harry has spent most of his life in England and does not have the same robust support system in the US.

"But ultimately, Meghan wants Harry to be there for her, to support her, to care for her children, and to get her life back on track. To backtrack would be to take that away."

While it is always difficult to leave one's hometown and set up base on another continent, these comments seem to contribute to the narrative that Meghan makes all the choices for her family and Harry simply follows.
