3 Words Taylor Swift Said to Friend Blake Lively About Travis Kelce After Kansas City Chiefs Win
For the second straight day, the Kansas City Chiefs game has drawn more attention to one Taylor Swift than to what is happening on the field. (Thankfully, the Chiefs have won both games, a 41-10 victory over the Chicago Bears on September 24 and a 23-20 win over the New York Jets last night. Imagine if Swift were there and the Chiefs lost)
There is so much to say about last night's game - Swift's interaction with Travis Kelce's mother, Donna, and the gorgeous faces she brought (Blake Lively! Ryan Reynolds! Sophie Turner! Hugh Jackman!!!) -but it's Swift's flirtatious comment to Lively about Kelce after the Chiefs' win that fascinates us the most.
"Look at him," Swift was seen telling Lively in the stands. Swift then "leaned over to mimic the way Kels celebrated by punching his teammate after a win. One of her playful punches accidentally hit her friend Ashley Avignone in the forehead." Lively "giggled in response," Page Six reported.
Swift wore her signature red lip, which she had also worn the week before, to the game, a long-sleeved black shirt, bedazzled Daisy Dukes, and high-heeled boots, with no red and gold (Chiefs colors) in sight.
Interestingly, unlike the Kelce convertible getaway car moment the week before, Swift and Kelce (Chiefs tight end) left MetLife Stadium separately.
"When Taylor and Travis first connected, Taylor wanted to have fun and enjoy the downtime," a source told "Entertainment Tonight." 'So far, it's been a nice change of pace for her. Now, as Taylor and Travis' relationship progresses, they want to keep it more private, and they're both excited about where things are headed."
Will Swift be in attendance at the next Chiefs game on Sunday? The game will be in Minnesota, where the Chiefs will play the Vikings, as opposed to the team's hometown of Arrowhead Stadium or New York, where Swift lives.
