Scott Disick was in a car accident in August 2022 and has had pain in his back ever since.

On the latest episode of "The Kardashians," Khloe Kardashian went to visit her sister's ex-boyfriend and told him he had back pain. She told him he should see a physical therapist and he agreed.

Later in this episode, Kardashian and Disick went to see a PT at Sports Rehab LA to get the results of the MRI.

Regarding the results of the accident, Disick told the doctor, "Since then, everything in my life has changed. I couldn't run around. I gained weight. ......"

While his back was being treated, the doctor asked the Talentless founder what he enjoyed doing before his back injury. He replied, "Sex."

"Is sex like recreation?

"Um, but now I can't move. So I'm terrible," Disick said.

Kardashian asked him.

"Get back on the wagon to f**k?" he asked, then added, "No motion for me!"

In her confession, Kardashian said of her former brother-in-law, "Maybe Scott needs a little pep talk. He can barely move, and it's all from his back, so it doesn't make anyone feel good."

Disick detailed his horrific car accident in season 3 of The Kardashians. "I was trying to pick up Mason. I was driving alone," he said (via Us Weekly).

"I turned right, and the curb in that area is not flat, it's like a little lip. So the wheel hit the little lip and pulled a little bit, and as it pulled, it hit the pillar."

He said of his car, "I hit it, somersaulted forward, hit it and landed. I was strapped in there (in the car) and hanging on. Then I couldn't get out and I tried the sunroof."
