Will Smith's children, Jada Pinkett Smith, in a shocking revelation, "want some of the family's private affairs to remain private," sources say.
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's children, Jaden and Willow, and their son Trey, who was previously in a relationship, are apparently not happy with some of the headlines currently being raised about Will and Jada.
"They know he's been through a lot lately and this is not helping," a source told Entertainment Tonight.
"They want private family matters to remain private. The source added that Will is "trying to stay busy and hanging out with good friends and kids."
He added, "He tries not to be affected by outside noise. Will loves Jada and has always had her back and feels he always will. He tries to support her while also taking care of himself."
[8This comes after Jada told Hoda Kotb that she and Will have been effectively separated since 2016, despite being married. She told the journalist, "I think by the time we got to 2016, we were tired of trying." I think we were both still kind of stuck in our fantasies of what the other person should be like."
Since that interview, however, Jada has said that she is now trying to rebuild her relationship with Will.
"We are in a deep healing space right now," she said (via BBC News).
"And we're really focused on healing our relationship. We're working really hard on bringing our relationship back into the partnership of our lives."
She continued, "He can't be this perfect idealized husband. I have to be able to accept him as the person he is."
"He must accept me as a person as I am. And we must love each other there."
