Jodie Turner-Smith posts words about people "not healing" the day after ex-Joshua Jackson was spotted in concert with Lupita Nyongo

Lupita Nyongo and Joshua Jackson are in the middle of a divorce battle with sports commentator Serema Masekela and Jackson, also an actor, Jodi Turner-Smith. Nyongo and Jackson were spotted sitting next to each other Wednesday night at a Janelle Monae concert together at the Inglewood, California, stop of Monae's "The Age of Pleasure" tour. [Page Six reported that the two were out with about nine or 10 other people. The magazine reports that "they smiled, chatted, sang, danced, and seemed to be in great spirits. "Although nothing romantic was reportedly going on between the two, the next day Nyongo posted a lengthy statement suggesting that he and Masekela had broken up and that he knew there were "more important things going on in the world right now," He wrote that he felt he wanted to "share personal truths and publicly [disown] someone [she] can no longer trust."

"I find myself in a season of heartbreak because of a love suddenly and devastatingly extinguished by deception," she wrote, without naming names. Nyongo further said that she was tempted to "hide in the shadows and run away," but decided to "face the pain." He then reminded her, "I realized that the amount of pain I am feeling is equal to the amount of my capacity to love." She continued, adding, "I have developed the courage to accept (my) life as it is and believe that this too shall pass." She signed her name "#Breakup" in the hope that "the knowledge of (her) experience may help someone else who is going through a heartbreak." She also erased all traces of Masekela from her page.

Jackson, meanwhile, is also in the midst of a difficult season after his wife of nearly four years, Turner Smith, filed for divorce earlier this month. The couple are parents of a 3-year-old daughter, and sources say that the marriage has become "unhealthy" and Turner-Smith has decided that it is "over." Sources say Jackson was "caught off guard" by her decision, that he "didn't think it was this bad," and that Turner-Smith "didn't think she was this unhappy." Another source told Us Weekly that Turner-Smith "refused to settle for something that didn't feel right."

Speaking of Turner-Smith, Us Weekly reported that she posted on Instagram about people "not healing." The day after Nyongo and Jackson were spotted together, Turner-Smith shared these words on her Instagram Story: "People who are not healed can find offense in almost anything someone does. A person who is healed understands that the actions of others have absolutely nothing to do with them. Every day you can decide which you will be." Thursday was not the first time Turner-Smith has delivered a message about healing since her divorce filing became public. This past Tuesday, she said, "All things heal and grow when they are well loved. So do humans."
