Taylor Swift Wears Reformation Affordable Basics

It's no secret that Taylor Swift loves Reformation. She wears the Los Angeles-based brand's carefree separates for every activity, from nights out on the town to cozy days at home. And last night, she celebrated "Cruel Summer" hitting the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100. In the news, posted on Instagram with Jack Antonoff, Swift wore a reformatted sweater and blazer. Both items retail for less than $300, making them affordable clothing that can be easily afforded without cutting into your fall budget. While we may be used to seeing celebrities in couture gowns and sequined party dresses, it's nice to see that Tay Tay is still dressing like us.

In her celebratory post, she layered Reformation's toffee plaid Winston blazer and wore Reformation's roomy V-neck Jadey sweater in a sooty shade of brown. She paired it with dark button-front pants and simple gold jewelry: a necklace from Foundrae and diamond stud earrings from Maria Tash. She also wore a gray corduroy baseball hat, which added to the mix of academic and fall.

It's great to know that celebrities aren't all wearing Balmain and Bottega. And to all the swifty: you can easily find affordable, sustainable items when watching "Ellas Tour: The Movie" in theaters.

"Cruel Summer," a 2019 song from her album Lover, became a viral hit four years later, becoming the singer's 10th #1 chart hit. Swift and Antonoff were momentarily speechless in a video posted on Instagram, but then both shouted in excitement." I just wanted to say thank you so much for making 'Cruel Summer' number one on the Hot 100," Swift exclaimed in the video. She added: "It's not even summer anymore. I'm wearing a sweater. I love you guys!"
