On Beyonce's next tour, if Blue Ivy Carter has her way, three generations of women from her family will take the stage.
Beyonce's epic Renaissance World Tour just ended less than a month ago, but at least her next tour is already being contemplated by Beyonce's oldest daughter Blue Ivy and Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles. And if Blue Ivy is so inclined, "Page Six" reports that all three generations of women will be on stage together for the next "go-round."
Blue Ivy, 11, wowed crowds as a dancer on the Renaissance World Tour. Says Knowles. I said, 'When are you going to have time to practice? Because we old people could practice much longer than they could. She learned it in a week.
Blue Ivy often took the stage during RWT when her mother performed "My Power," a song from the soundtrack to Disney's remake of The Lion King. After one performance, Knowles posted a video, writing, "Blue Ivy performed in front of a huge crowd! And I am a proud grandmother. I am truly amazed at the courage this brave, talented, beautiful 11 year old showed last night!"
She added.
She added, "That audience was nearly 70,000 people. She danced with professional dancers and adults, performing intricate choreography and moves they had rehearsed for months! She rehearsed and learned this in a little over a week. She was so smooth! Very smooth choreography (reminds me of the great Aaliyah). Very cool! She is the coolest and most confident 11 year old I know!!!!"
Would Know the Know?
Would Knowles be comfortable on stage?
Meanwhile, Knowles joked that he was glad the sold-out tour was over. 'Oh my God,' he said. Every day, people were begging me for concert tickets. Ten times a day. It's not my ticket! It's not my tour."
Before their next world tour, which could involve three generations of women in Beyoncé's lineage, Beyoncé and Knowles are planning another collaboration: a hair care line. 'I can't say too much,' she said. We're going to work with natural hair - all kinds of hair."
