Unfortunately, just as Hilton herself is often on the receiving end of trolling comments from the Internet and the media, some people seem to think it's perfectly fine to heap criticism on a 9-month-old child. Um, hello."

Anyway, let's move on. The hotel heiress, who seems to be a proud mama, recently carried little Phoenix (in a Burberry T-shirt!). She posted a bunch of adorable pictures on Instagram.

But as TikTok creator @stephwithdadeets pointed out in a subsequent video, the comments section of that Instagram post was very strange, with a bunch of grown adults commenting on the size of Phoenix's head.

Some made jokes about the kid's head, while others completely tried to diagnose him with various conditions. Yes, based on a bunch of photos uploaded to Instagram. Help.

@stephwithdadeets wrote, "So now people have moved on to baby bullying. I guess Paris Hilton is making her baby go through all kinds of tests."

He added.

She added, "He's just got a big head because he's small, and he'll get bigger," and concluded, "Leave Phoenix alone."

Hilton herself commented on this, saying, "There are sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And of course he has seen a doctor.
