Technically, it was to discuss her family and her experience on the Elas Tour, but she gave us a unique talking point when she appeared with a new hairdo: a blunt lob hairstyle that matched her delicate blonde locks beautifully.

Diaz paired her new shoulder-length hairstyle, styled straight with blunt edges and a middle part, with a black suit, black stilettos, and small gold hoop earrings. Her lips are an orange-red, and her eyes are a simple smokey shadow.

Her new lob was a bit longer than the iconic cut Diaz wore in 2006's "Holiday" and was quite an inch longer than her iconic "There's Something About Mary" bob. Nostalgia aside, it is worth noting that this cut is a significant change from her hairstyle earlier this year. For her sister-in-law Sofia Richie's April wedding, Diaz wore her hair long and curly.

The actress has previously opened up about her modest beauty regimen, revealing on Michelle Visage's March 2022 podcast, Rule Breakers, that she rarely looks in the mirror these days, let alone wash her face.
