Zoë Kravitz's blonde pixie looks great in her new engagement ring.
Halloween may technically be today, but Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum celebrated this past weekend in a couple's Rosemary's Baby inspired costumes. Kravitz is Rosemary and Tatum is Rosemary's baby "in disguise," and there are other reasons besides their creativity that the two's looks garnered so much attention. Not only was it confirmed that Kravitz and Tatum are engaged (check out the ring on her finger), but Kravitz dyed her pixie cut blonde.
On Saturday, October 29, the couple of almost two years attended Kendall Jenner's big celebrity Halloween party at the famous Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. The "Magic Mike" star's baby look was hilarious, but it was Kravitz who drew the most attention. Her huge ring was clearly the center of attention. (Jeweler Laura Taylor told "Marie Claire" that it is worth $500,000.
In honor of the iconic pixie cut of the 1968 horror film, the "Big Little Lies" actress bleached her already cropped hair.
The soft honey-blonde style, which appeared to be just tousled, resembled actress Mia Farrow's now-famous hairstyle from the film Rosemary. Vidal Sassoon. Vidal Sassoon. It's very trendy," Rosemary said in the film after being questioned about her new hairstyle.
According to a wild story from the production of Rosemary's Baby, Farrow wanted to wear the haircut off-screen, but her then-husband Frank Sinatra told her not to cut her blonde locks. After she did, he served her with divorce papers. In fact, the story has been debunked. According to Farrow, Sinatra liked the haircut and attended their wedding day with it.
Farrow and Sinatra eventually divorced, but I assure you that the blonde was a good omen for Kravitz. She looks eerily good.
