They're not just a mother-daughter duo, they're twins: Reese Witherspoon and daughter Eva Phillippe (Witherspoon's only daughter and one of two children she has with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe) attended an event Saturday dressed alike and spent the evening together, " Access" reported." Leading up to the event, the Oscar winner shared a snap of her and Eva in matching white robes." In the photos, the two show off their blonde locks as they smile for the camera." At the event, Witherspoon wore a mint green strapless dress, while Phillip rocked a long white strapless jumpsuit.

According to People, the pair attended Oceana's 16th Annual Sea Change Summer Party, and Witherspoon shared a selfie of the two before the event. Witherspoon "also shared photos of some of the beauty products and accessories she used to glam up for the night out, including vitamin C facial oil, tortoiseshell sunnies, and intricate pearl hoop earrings with gold detailing." Page Six" reported that the two women's looks were from Proenza Schouler (and the bathrobe was from the Waldorf Astoria), it reported.

"Spent a perfect summer evening with my daughter @avaphillippe," Witherspoon wrote, adding that she "learned all about @oceana's incredible conservation work. "In a snap of their final look, the mother-daughter duo "faux lawn They looked practically identical as they posed together, smiling and holding hands in front of a wall," People reports. Witherspoon captioned the photo, "The perfect duo."

The two are clearly doppelgangers, but Witherspoon has said in the past that she and Phillip don't see it; during an October appearance on Today with Hoda & Jenna, host Jenna Bush Hager said, "Wait, you guys are twins!"

she exclaimed.

"She and I don't look that much alike," Witherspoon said.

Although she doesn't see the resemblance, Witherspoon has joked in the past that being mistaken for her daughter makes her "feel so young."

"I'm so proud of her," Witherspoon said of Philip in her 2021 InStyle cover story.

Witherspoon honored Phillip on his birthday last September, when the proud mother wrote, "Happy Birthday to my favorite daughter, Eva!" She congratulated Philip in an Instagram post in which she wrote, "I am so happy for you! Every day I get to watch you become the most amazing woman is such a gift. Your big heart, generous spirit, and boundless creativity inspire me every day. I love you so much.
