Selena Gomez and longtime friend Francia Raisa got into a bit of a public spat last November.

Well, Gomez wasn't going to stand for it, and she let us know exactly how she felt about Raisa when the How I Met Your Father actress' 35th birthday arrived on July 26.

The Rare Beauty founder took to Instagram to share three stunning photos with Raisa, who appears to be having the best time over the years, and captioned them, "The happiest birthday to this special human being. The happiest birthday to this special being. @franciaraisa."

Paris Hilton added two heart-eye emojis in the comment section to show her love.

Elsewhere, however, Gomez's followers were engaged in a battle of sorts, with some praising the star for "killing them with kindness" and others not believing she meant what she said about Raisa.

As for the latter, she "liked" the post but did not respond. No doubt this could be because she received many messages on her birthday, but it could also be interpreted as a snub.

In an interview last year, Gomez said, "I didn't fit in with the celebrity cool girl group. I remember feeling like I didn't belong because my only friend in the industry was Taylor [Swift]."

Raisa later saw an Instagram post highlighting this quote and commented that it was "funny," but later deleted it.

Later, Gomez saw a TikTok explaining the situation and commented, "Sorry I didn't list everyone I know," which no doubt made her sound quite angry.

But then Raisa unfollowed Gomez.

I definitely hope they are getting along. It is important to note that Raisa donated a kidney to Gomez when Gomez was fighting lupus, and their friendship reached its zenith.
