Prince Harry and Prince William Show No "Willingness" to "End" Royal Feud, Experts Claim
It appears that Prince William and Prince Harry are not friends and won't be for some time.
A source recently said, "Harry admitted calling William to call a truce and told his brother that he and Princess Meghan were returning to London and were open to serving King Charles there."
However, one royal expert is very skeptical about the accuracy of this statement.
"The damage, the wound is very deep and it is going to take a great deal and a very long time to heal that wound," Sarah Hewson told Sky News Australia (via Express). [At this stage, there is no evidence of a desire on either side to put an end to this.
"What is really disappointing about this is that the good work that Harry and Meghan said they wanted to do, and the great work that Harry has done with Invictus Games, for example, is being totally overshadowed and washed away in the media because of this family drama."
[10Currently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are going through a strange time career-wise, trying to figure out what to do next after their deal with Spotify fell through.
"The best thing they can really do is focus on that job right now, put their families aside, and really get on with what they said they wanted to do," she said.
"As they say, make a difference [and] just serve.
In January, Harry admitted that he would like to have a relationship with his brother but is waiting for William to make the next move. As far as we know, this has not happened.
Meanwhile, Hewson's comments confirm what another anonymous source recently told us: "William has not contacted Harry, and vice versa [in recent months]. They are not arguing, but there is no contact either. No phone calls, no FaceTime, no Zoom calls."
