Prince William is "not a workaholic like his father," royal expert claims

Prince William is involved in many important causes, such as protecting the environment and ending homelessness, but he also knows when to stop, rest, and take care of his family.

According to royal expert Jenny Bond, Prince William has maintained a perfect work-life balance over the years.

"Perhaps because of the late queen's failing health, William had to step up to a full-time royal job sooner than he expected.

"But I also greatly admire the fact that he is not a workaholic like his father and knows how important family life is and how much it means to his children to be around whenever they can, including weekends and holidays."

"He is like an all-out, hands-on, caring father in a house full of fun and laughter. And in his role as a royal, he comes up with new ideas and ways of working so that the royal family can remain relevant to the times.

As you know, William and his wife, Princess Kate, have three children, Prince George, who will turn 10 in a few days, 8-year-old Princess Charlotte, and 5-year-old Prince Louis.

Their hands-on parenting style is heavily influenced by Kate's study of early childhood development.

Of course, Kate is also a natural when it comes to interacting with her children, often seen asking about their interests, cracking jokes, and giving them big hugs.
