Zendaya is an incredibly talented actress, singer, and dancer who seems kind and funny, fights for the greater good, and has a fashion sense that is out of this world. But like the rest of us, Z also seems to not be a natural at everything that challenges her, contrary to what you might think.

Exhibit A: According to her boyfriend Tom Holland in a recent interview, her cooking is not only not surprising, it's downright dangerous.

"I think I'm a good cook," Holland said on the podcast Family Trips With the Meyers Brothers (via Entertainment Tonight)."

"Zendaya doesn't seem to like my cooking, but the advantage of me cooking over Zendaya cooking is that I finish in ten figures, and Zendaya cuts off one finger when she cooks.

Lovingly teasing Z, the Spider-Man actor said, "I don't know why she cuts vegetables like a samurai. It's the most stressful experience I've ever had," he continued. That's why I do most of the cooking."

Anyway, at one point when Holland was filming his new miniseries "The Crowded Room" in New York, Zendaya naively attempted to cook dinner for when he got home, but sadly, it did not go as planned.

"I came home to an empty kitchen full of food and really bloody rags and knives and I was like, 'Oh my God, what happened?

"I was like, 'Oh my God, what happened?'

Zendaya said her injuries were nothing, but Holland told her, "We need to go to the hospital, you need stitches, it's really deep."

In the end, Zendaya was stitched up and, according to Holland, did not need anesthesia. She was fine."

"It makes me feel closer to her.

The actor joked that she might hate him if he talked about it, but Zendaya herself actually documented it on Instagram Stories last year.
