Princess Kate's ultra-affordable earrings have become a "jewelry staple," says brand founder

Princess Kate always displays a master class in high-low fashion.

In her years in the British Royal Family, Princess Kate has perfected the art of mixing high-end designer clothes with affordable clothing from brands like Zara and H&M.

Visiting Maidenhead Rugby Club on Wednesday, Kate participated in a game of "walking rugby" while wearing great athletic gear, including an England rugby shirt and white Lululemon sneakers, to show off her advanced sports skills.

She accessorized her sporty look with chain-style gold hoops from U.K.-based brand Orelia.

Colette Flood, founder of Orellia, said, "We are thrilled to see the Princess of Wales wearing our chain huggie hoop earrings again. She has worn them at least 15 times in the last couple of years."

Flood added, "I love that they have become part of her jewelry staple that Orelia relies on as the finishing touch to her outfits."

Princess Kate may have already owned these affordable earrings for a while, but they are still widely available to buy online in case you want to channel your inner princess. Besides, they're simple and easy to match with any outfit, so they might be a wise investment.

For example, Kate wore these earrings, a favorite, when she visited Foodshare, a food bank in Windsor, with her husband Prince William in January.

She also wore them in March 2021 when she and Prince William filmed a video for the mental health campaign Time to Change.
